By downloading, installing, or using the 123FYI mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Use the app to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the app to harvest, scrape, or collect data from third-party websites in violation of their terms
Attempt to bypass rate limiting or other protective measures
Share your app license with others or use it on devices not associated with your Apple ID

User Content and Data

Your Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all links, metadata, organization structures, and other content you create or import in 123FYI ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights to your User Content.

Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

The accuracy and legality of User Content you save or import
Ensuring you have the right to save and access the links you store
Complying with third-party terms of service when accessing linked content
Backing up your data as needed for your purposes

Prohibited Content

You may not use 123FYI to store or organize links to content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or objectionable
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Violates privacy rights of others
Is fraudulent or misleading

Third-Party Services and Content

Metadata and Content

When you save a link, 123FYI may automatically fetch metadata (titles, descriptions, images) from the source website. This content remains the property of the original source and is displayed for your convenience only.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party websites or services. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

Payment and Refunds

123FYI is offered as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store for $5.99 USD. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard App Store refund policy. We also offer our own 30-day satisfaction guarantee - contact us within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied for assistance with a refund.

Free Updates

Your purchase includes free updates to 123FYI for the foreseeable future. We may discontinue free updates at our discretion, but will provide reasonable notice.

Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Service Availability and Modifications

Our total liability for all claims related to 123FYI shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app ($5.99 USD).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DGF Digital Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of 123FYI, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using 123FYI at any time by deleting the app from your devices. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to 123FYI if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or our service.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use 123FYI ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your devices remains accessible to you, but cloud sync services may be discontinued.
